Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes, you can downgrade or upgrade your plan at any time from the Dashboard. Note, we don't provide prorated refunds.
What happens to my data if I downgrade my plan?
We'll keep any data related to premium features intact in case you decide to upgrade again in the future. No data will be lost.
What is your refund policy?
If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, email us at email@example.com within 90 days and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major forms of payment including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
What are appointment types?
Available only in the Plus plan, appointment types are a way to categorize your available appointments, e.g. Exam, Cleaning, etc. When patients view available appointments on your website, they'll be able to view them by type.
